Gianzz Fashion Store (“Gianzz”) manages the website https://gianzz.com/ and the following platforms:

It also offers the Gianzz app on Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms (together referred to as the “Gianzz App”). The present terms of use relate to the Service and concern all retailers, as defined below.

2. Acceptance of Terms

 If you use the Gianzz Platform as a Retailer, you are bound by the specific retailer terms stated below. If you disagree, please do not use the Gianzz Platform or the Services. Gianzz may change the terms for this Service occasionally without any specific notice. It is up to you to review them from time to time. If a party continues using a site after alterations have been made, this means acceptance of the new terms. These terms will also apply to additional features incorporated into the website.

3. Authority

The same goes for all the terms stated herein; if you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or any other legal entity, then you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into these terms on behalf of the said entity as well as its members, shareholders, directors, employees, officers, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates.

4. Personal Information

To sign up to use the Gianzz Platform and Services, you might be required to submit personal data, subject to the Gianzz Privacy Policy.

5. Definitions

Agreement: As amended, it comprises the sign-up form and these retailer terms.

Dropshipping: direct point-to-point delivery of products from the supplier to the end customer for a retailer.

End Customer: A buyer of a Retailer who gets Products shipped to him through Drop shipping.

Listing Price: The amount that the Supplier levies on Retailers for Products, not including charges and taxes.

MSRP: Here, the term ‘SPRP’ refers to the lowest price the supplier suggests for the Products.

Sign-Up Form: Registration form for retailers in e-business, including the commercial terms and service features.

Personal Data: Personal information concerning an identifiable individual under the Privacy Laws.

Privacy Laws: Rules from privacy and data protection norms such as the General Data Protection Regulation.

Products: Products that the supplier offers are posted through the Service.

Retailer: An entity seeking to be a member of the dropshipping providers listed with the suppliers.

Retailer Order: A retailer's order for acquiring products or merchandise through the Gianzz Platform.

Services: Products by Gianzz which the Retailer offered were as follows:

Shipping Price: The suppliers will pay the prices of products for end customers as part of the dropshipping fee.

Gianzz Platform: Gianzz’s web-based and related applications through which Retailers buy Products from Suppliers for reselling using the Dropshipping technique.

Supplier: A Provider of Products to be sold on the Gianzz Platform for Retailer Sale and using the Gianzz Dropshipping Service.

Supplier Profile: This is the supplier’s account on the Gianzz Platform, which provides information about the supplier, products supplied, location, and other conditions.

Term of the Agreement.

Total Fees: The act of purchasing and the sum l of the listing price, shipping price, transaction fees, and taxes for a retailer order.

User: Employer or an Employee, contractor or agent of Supplier who uses or is to use the Service.

6. General Terms

Singular/Plural: The two are equivalent; thus, we have words that refer to plural, while there are words that refer to singular. By gender-specific terms, both sexes are meant.

Including: Appending the words “including” in general is the same as adding the phrase “including but not limited to”.

 Currency: USD currency is used unless otherwise stated.

 Headings: Usually for quick and makes no impact on the analysis. 

7. Conflicts

If there is any contradiction between the provisions of the different parts of this Agreement, these Terms shall prevail.
