Return Policy – 30-Day Window

• Hearby, attach a copy of the receipt or any other proof of purchase.

Inspect your order immediately. If you get an item that is either defective or damaged, or you ordered the wrong thing, please let us know immediately at info@gianzz. com. Regarding the problem, we will react and make the necessary changes.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
• Food products, fruits and vegetables, flowers and plants, etc.
• Special products or products made to individual customer’s specifications
• Beauty products/Perscare (Asg/secure)
• Chemical substances, combustible substances, or items containing gas or inflammable characteristics.

Special attention should be paid to the fact that sale items and gift cards do not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges:
If you require a different item, the fastest way is to go back to your current item, return it, and buy the new one after your return is processed.
For European Union Customers:
You have 14 days to cancel your purchase and get a refund during the so-called ‘cooling-off period’. We accept cancellations or returns up to 14 days after purchase, but the items must conform to our returning policy: they should not have been used, labelled, or damaged in any way.
Refunds:
Once you and your advisor have submitted your return and we have reviewed it, you will be informed of your return's approval. All the approved refunds shall be applied to your initially used payment method by ten days from the approval date. Please remember that it may take longer for the bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
